If the Catawiki app isn't showing you all payment methods, it can mean you're using an old version of the app. Older versions of the app don't support all payment methods because of new Strong Customer Authentication regulations for payments within Europe (from 14 September 2019).
To solve this issue, you need to update your app. Navigate to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, go to the apps menu, find the Catawiki app, and click 'Update'. If the issue persists, we recommend turning your mobile off and on and trying again. You can also always pay on desktop using all available payment methods.
